LiveOak was contracted by the owner to spearhead a challenging transformation, converting a former MetroPCS store into a cutting-edge drive-through restaurant. Despite navigating through the complexities of a pandemic and facing numerous unexpected delays, our team persevered. We successfully secured the necessary approvals for the project, closely collaborated with the owner to align their vision with the design, and then carried out the extensive renovations.
