LiveOak has proudly taken on the task of overseeing the complete redevelopment of an office space, having been retained by the property owner. We embarked on this project with an empty unit, in what can be described as a shell condition. Throughout this endeavor, we've collaborated closely with the property owner, the local association, and city authorities to obtain the necessary approvals and turn this vision into reality. Our dedicated team has left no stone unturned in this transformation process, from the initial structural considerations, such as framing and plumbing, to the meticulous details of electrical and HVAC systems. In essence, we've handled every aspect of this project, from scratch, to ensure that the final result meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics, providing a cutting-edge office space tailored to the owner's needs.
